  3. You will only use Gate15 Website and or mobile app to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person who is at least 18 years of age and for whom you are legally authorized to act.
  4. All information supplied by you on Gate15 Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
  • We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and or mobile app and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

Thank you for visiting gate15.com (the 'Website and or mobile app'). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the Website and or mobile app. By accessing and using this Website and or mobile app, you indicate that you accept (unconditionally and irrevocably) these terms and conditions (the 'Agreement'). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our Website and or mobile app and exit immediately. The Website is owned and operated by Gate15.com. The term (www.gate15.com) or 'us' or 'we' or “our” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is (www.gate15.com). These terms and conditions apply to Reservations/Bookings you make with our consultants (over phone/chat or by email or at site) as well as online bookings you make through Gate15.com. You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this website or mobile app in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.


This terms of use agreement ("agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of Gate15 Services. By using the Gate15 Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Gate15 Website and or mobile app), or a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Gate15). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use Gate15 Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of Gate15 Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process. The content and information on this website and mobile applications (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services), as well as the software and infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to Gate15 or its affiliates, suppliers, partners and providers.

Gate15 may modify this agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Gate15 on the Gate15 website and mobile app. You agree to be bound to any changes to this agreement when you use the Gate15 services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and all travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the Suppliers.

 Gate15 reserves the right to carry out security procedures to validate the payment until the passenger submits the documents which authorizes the transaction otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the monies will be returned less applicable charges.

Will be Electronic documentation.

We will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.


If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave your country, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address and contact telephone number to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs which may arise as a result of such changes.


After you have left, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this.

Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional Supplier charges. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased.

Changes to name details are not permitted by Airlines and or Suppliers. While we will endeavor to make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most Airlines and Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.

Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact the airline as far in advance as possible to discuss your options.

If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void, in which case airline rules will apply.

If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a refund (partial). In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of the Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply. We need to receive from you your original e-voucher and request to cancel before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds/approval back from the Airline and Supplier(s) less the service fees. Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for the Airlines or Suppliers failure to pay a refund.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant Airline and or Supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us. If you fail to timely contact us, we will not be permitted the opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to rectify any error while you are away, and this may affect your rights under this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately.

It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements and or visa rejections or non validity of visa and or passport.

  • Travel documents (passport, ID) – Check the validity.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to obtain and carry a valid passport and any other documents including valid visas (for transiting and or end destination) and international certificates of vaccination/medical required for travel to, from and in the holiday/visiting destination.
  • We recommend adequate travel insurance to cover all persons booking travel arrangements.
  • Check the Details of your Flight/Hotel/Services etc. booked are correct and as per your request. (Details: Name as per passport/Airline Travel Carrier-Route-Flight Number Date-s/Departure Time of Flights/Hotel Name & Check-in and Check-out Dates/Other Service Details.
  • Check the number of Stops or Transit points for your flights along with the waiting time.
  • Check the baggage allowance as allowed by the airline for checked in luggage as well as carry-on luggage.
  • Flights booked will be applicable to Airline Fare Conditions, please verify this before you have your ticket issued.
  • Hotel and other services booked will be applicable to booking/reservation conditions please verify this before you have booked and confirmed the service.
  • Please provide your Tel Contact Number as well as your email address so that we can communicate with you in the event that there are any unexpected changes to your booked and confirmed Flight/Hotel/Services etc.
  • Arrive at the Airport for your Check-In at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • Approach the correct check-in Zone/Counter as per your carrier/flight.
  • Arrive at the Boarding Gate on time according to the time printed on your Boarding Pass to avoid missing your flight.
  • If you lose your luggage – file a complaint/report (lost and found section of the airport operations department) before you leave the customs area in the arrival area/hall of the airport.
  • Any flight Cancelled, Delayed or Schedule Change by an Airline/s will not be the responsibility of Gate15.com.
  • Any subsequent cancellations/amendments of flights/hotel/other services due to the Cancelled, Delayed or Schedule Change flight must be notified to Gate15 immediately who will assist to make the necessary changes/amendments but we, Gate15, will not be liable for damages and or legal action due to these circumstances. Any additional payments for the changes/amendments will need to be borne by the client themselves before any changes can be made.
